Urban Vitality

This modeling project investigates how urban vitality indicators, including popularity, diversity of points of interest, comfort, and safety, may influence human movement in urban space.

Using a hybrid system dynamics and agent-based modeling approach, the project explores how people respond to changing urban conditions and how those responses feed back into the vitality of place.
